Melia Sunny Beach All Inclusive Hotel, Sunny Beach

The hotel, while spacious and ideally located near a beautiful beach, left me with mixed feelings. My room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated, but the dining was inconsistent and queues were frustrating. The amenities were decent, though the gym could use some work. Overall, I had a good time, but there are areas for improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel where cleanliness and joy were at the forefront. The staff went above and beyond, especially the animation team who brought so much energy to each day. The food was delightful and offered plenty of choices. However, there were some issues with staff service that could benefit from improvement, particularly during busy times.

Our stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the beach, and the variety of dining options was a big plus. Unfortunately, we faced significant issues with the bathroom, including flooding that resulted in a disastrous experience. The staff's handling of our problems left a lot to be desired, affecting our overall enjoyment.

My experience at Iberostar Sunny Beach was mixed. The hotel has a nice beach area and spacious rooms, but the food options were repetitive and the service could use improvement. While the entertainment team worked hard, there were long waits between activities and the evening shows fell flat. Overall, it's decent but not ideal.
