My room was clean and tidy, which I appreciated, but the dining was inconsistent and queues were frustrating. The amenities were decent, though the gym could use some work. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel where cleanliness and joy were at the forefront. The staff went above and beyond, especially the animation team who brought so much energy to each day.
